Teamwork

There are three methods of interpersonal interactions: conversational, transactional and collaborative.

If you are in the mood to make the correct choice selecting your software application, you have to get to know the differences that are significant between those interactions.

Conversational interaction is an exchange of data and transactional interaction is transfer of a transaction entity between 2 or more people involeved, while collaborative interaction is meant for a modification of a collaboration entity, for instance: reaching a shared objective.

Interactions of collaboration are structured in such a way that the primary objective of those involved is to change the collaboration substance from what has been unfixed and immaterial, for example, an idea, into a useful solution, for example a design solution.

Collaborative software is considered to be one type of groupware applications that allow people communicate information and work together on projects.

The strong point of these tools is in the ability to allow project activists to browse action plans, access shared documents, track projects, monitor schedules, facilitate business processes, be instantly reminded of any new objectives and things they are involved in. You may come across a lot of ways in which this software can be very useful: scheduling activities, documents and projects, automating business processes and coordinating work of two or more departments or even companies.
