The word automation has become a widespread recently. IT companies are striving to propose their solutions. Commonly they are very attractive and have got a lot of positive characteristics, but it is just the first view. Having analyzed all the factors for and against the utilizing of such programs, I arrive at conclusion that there are several reasons for the managers not to utilize stuff management programs.
Reason 1: It demands some money. Employee management software commonly comes at a coast. In addition to starting fee, you have to pay for maintenance, updates and support. Lots of people use such software no matter how much does it cost. Do not pay for any software if you know that its benefits are not worthy of it.
