There are only several things in the world that you can not predict. They are women and weather. The object of speech is not women. The history of efforts to predict the weather has its beginning in antique epoch. But until now it hasn't been resolved completely. Today's computer systems permit to execute the detailed analysis of the weather state. Getting that information for a quite long period of time we may determine the links between various natural phenomena which happen in the atmosphere.
As the weather is chaotic, even the newest programs cannot propose appropriate forecasts. Chaotic implies that a little mistake in initial conditions leads to great blunders in prediction models. Chaos theory is a separate section of physics which studies chaotic systems like weather.
That is not necessary, actually, to perform any meteorological analysis if you need to know the weather forecast for tomorrow. There are many places to know about the weather. There are many meteorological centers which promote their predictions on the radio, TV and on the Internet sites. The next methods allow having the prediction significantly faster.
